Viewing Location Requests

Tapping on a specific Ticket from the Tickets Screen will open up the detailed view of the location request. Because you are viewing the location request on a mobile device, some of the information may be off the screen and you can scroll horizontally by using your finger. You can also rotate your device to it’s side to change the orientation to portrait mode and see the whole ticket on the screen.

On the bottom of the Ticket Screen, there is a menu ribbon that will allow you to look at the Map, Responses or Service Areas of the specific location request.

Ticket: Will show the detailed information (ticket text) on the specific location request.

Map: Tap to view the map of the location request.

The icons that are available on the map are:

The “i”: this will give you detailed info on the dig site

Ruler: Measures distance on the map

Push Pin: Allows you to add pins on the map

Arrowhead: Will change map to your current location

Double Arrow: Expand the map screen

Three bars: Will change the view on the map to show the satellite view.

Responses: You will be able to view all the response for the ticket. Tapping on the response will open up a detailed view of the response if the utility has already responded to it.

Service Areas: This section will give a detailed view of the affected service areas of the dig site on the ticket. You will also be able to find the contact information of the utility if you need to contact them.
