Each member service area requires at least one primary destination to deliver all location requests 24/7. There may be times a member may need to receive location requests to multiple destinations.
Additional destinations can be created for specific needs of the member, allowing a member to receive location requests based on the ticket type and time of day the ticket is created. This is elective and comes with an associated fee.
Some examples of when an additional destination can be useful for a member:
- An after-hours contact may need a copy of all location requests or a specific ticket type (for example: Emergency Location Request ticket type)
- When there is a need for multiple employees to receive a copy of a location request to their own email address
- If there is a need for a specific ticket type to be sent to a different department or person (for example: Design Location Request ticket type)
Member Managers and Service Area Managers may request additional destinations by contacting the UDig NY Member Services team through the service desk.
