The Tickets Screen will contain all of the tickets that are associated with your company or your service area. You can tap on a specific ticket to get more information on the ticket. Click -for detailed information and what you can do when you tap on a ticket. In the upper right hand corner of the Ticket Screen, is a Filter Button that will allow you to view tickets that match criteria you set up in the filter.
