Forgot Your Password

Use the following steps for Password recovery, or view the tutorial video below. Should you need further assistance, click on the Service Desk button to contact the Help Desk at UDig NY.

STEP 1: At the Exactix login page, Exactix.UDigNY.Org, click on the green link that says Reset/Forgot password

STEP 2: Enter your Username in the Username field

STEP 3: Click on the Send Code button

Following these four steps, you will need to:

1. Check your email for an email from [email protected] titled Exactix verification code
2. In the New Password field (as pictured below) enter your new password of at least 6 characters in length
3. Retype your new password in the Confirm New Password field
4. Enter the code you received in your email Exactix in the Code field
5. Click on the Reset Password button
