Use the following steps for Username recovery, or view the tutorial video below. Should you need further assistance, click on the Service Desk button to contact the Help Desk at UDig NY.

STEP 1: At the Exactix login page, Exactix.UDigNY.Org, click on the green link that says Reset/Forgot password

STEP 2: Click on the green Forgot Username? at the bottom of the window

STEP 3: Enter your email address in the Email field on the Forgot Username screen

STEP 4: Click on the Send Email button

Following these four steps, you will need to:

1. Check your email for an email from [email protected] titled Exactix verification code
2. You will find your username in the email.
3. Return to the Exactix website and enter your username and password to log into Exactix
