Respond to Location Request in Exactix

1 min read

Upon logging into your Exactix Account, click on the Tickets menu option, or the green Go To Tickets text to access your Tickets Dashboard.

There are three ways you can filter location requests within your Tickets Dashboard using your Secondary Ticket Menu options.

  1. Service Area Tickets tab
  2. Response Due tab
  3. All Responses tab

Each of these menu options provides you with the ability to see location requests in different ways (see secondary ticket menu for more information on how these tabs filter location requests). At the beginning of each row within these three tabs, you will see a three-dot menu for each location request. Clicking on the three-dot menu brings up separate actions to:

  • View Ticket (viewing full location request information submitted)
  • Add Response
  • View Responses
  • Print Text (printing ticket text version of the location request submitted)

Clicking on the Add Response option within the three-dot menu gives you the ability to enter a response for your service area.

You can also add a response within the full ticket view of the location request. Click on the View Ticket option within your three-dot menu, then click on the Service Areas tab at the top of the location request you are viewing. Your service area listed will have a green Add New text to the right of the row. Click on the Add New text to add your response to the location request.
