Speakers

Chris graduated from SUNY Brockport with a Bachelor of Arts in US History in 1996. He began his work in the underground world soon after, first working with Central Locating Service in Rochester NY. Chris worked with multiple contract locating companies for 13 years before joining UDIG NY (Dig Safely New York) in 2012, as part of the Promotion and Education department, he conducts trainings regarding NYS Code Rule 753 and all safe digging best practices for excavators, industry professionals and the public. Along with educational classes Chris also facilitates grass root education and awareness efforts through the Finger Lakes UCC & Southern Tier Damage Prevention Councils. Chris is in his 26th year in the damage prevention industry and has extensive knowledge of the underground world.
