Professional: Keith has been with Orange and Rockland Utilities since 2010, holding various management positions in Gas Engineering and Gas Operations. Currently Keith is the Section Manager of both Gas Compliance and Damage Prevention for O&R. These teams ensure compliance to regulatory code and company procedures as well as provide mark outs of all one call tickets requests throughout O&R’s service territory in NY and NJ. Education: MS & BS in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified. UDIG NY: Keith has been an active member of the Hudson Valley Damage Prevention Council since 2022. In 2023 Keith was elected to the Board of Directors and currently serves on multiple advisory committees including the Gas Industry committee and the Damage Prevention Marketing committee both of which he is the chairperson. Personal: Keith is married to his best friend and wife Sarah since December 2016. They were blessed with their son Owen in 2019 who they raise together in New City, NY.
