William Liddell joined the UDig NY field team in April 2024. William covers the Northeast and Capital Regions in NY, as a field representative promoting safe digging through public education and outreach. William’s background includes work in the gas and telecommunications field as well as Emergency Services. William has been an EMT for over 20 years, he has spent 26 years in emergency services. William has been an AHA/ARC Instructor teaching basic life support for healthcare providers as well as CPR/First Aid/AED for the last 7 years, he is also a stop the bleed instructor, and has also completed a 40-hour EMS Instructor course by the National Association of EMS Educators (NAEMSE).
