Gary Aber

Gary has been working in the Utility Arena since before 1978. He spent 5 ¾ yrs. on loan to N.Y. Telephone heading their Mid-Hudson Const. Inspection force and training in-house personnel. He has designed utility projects for MCI, Western Union; Electric, Gas, & CATV; NYSDOT/NYSTA projects including corporate fiber routing, submarine cable, bridge attachments, manhole rehabilitation. Gary led the Chazen Utility Design Group since 1985 and currently heads the Construction Services Group within LaBella as well as the S.U.E. group performing both private and public utility designating.
