2025 UDig NY Industry Awards Nomination

 

 

To recognize contributions to damage prevention across Upstate New York, UDig NY offers several awards. Deserving individuals and/or organizations may be nominated using the form on this page. Nominations are reviewed by UDig NY’s Board of Directors and its subcommittees, and selections are made based on the criteria for each award, published here.

This form may be used to submit nominations for any available awards. If you wish to nominate more than one individual or make nominations for multiple awards, please complete and submit this form again for each nomination.

The deadline to submit nominations for review is Thursday, July 31, 2025. Awards will be announced at UDig NY’s 2025 Damage Prevention Conference & Expo.
