2026 UDig NY Industry Awards Nomination

To recognize contributions to damage prevention across Upstate New York, UDig NY offers several awards. Deserving individuals and/or organizations may be nominated using the form on this page. Nominations are reviewed by UDig NY’s Board of Directors and its subcommittees, and selections are made based on the criteria for each award, published here.

This form may be used to submit nominations for any available awards. If you wish to nominate more than one individual or make nominations for multiple awards, please complete and submit this form again for each nomination.

The deadline to submit nominations for review is Thursday, July 31, 2026. Awards will be announced at UDig NY’s 2026 Damage Prevention Conference & Expo.

Terms & Conditions for the 2026 UDig NY Industry Awards Nomination

1. Eligibility:

Nominations may be submitted by any individual, organization, or entity familiar with the nominee’s contributions to damage prevention in Upstate New York.
Nominees must be individuals or organizations actively involved in damage prevention efforts within Upstate New York.
Self-nominations are permitted.

2. Submission Process:

This form must be used to submit nominations for any of the available awards.
Each nomination must be submitted separately; multiple nominations require separate form submissions.
Incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent submissions may be disqualified at UDig NY’s sole discretion.
The deadline for submissions is Thursday, July 31, 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.

3. Selection Process:

Nominations will be reviewed by UDig NY’s Board of Directors and its subcommittees.
Selection of award recipients will be based on the criteria outlined for each award.
UDig NY reserves the right to withhold an award if no suitable nominee is identified.

4. Award Presentation:

Award recipients will be announced at the 2026 Damage Prevention Conference & Expo on October 27, 2026.
Winners may be notified in advance and may be required to confirm attendance at the awards ceremony.

5. Use of Information:

By submitting a nomination, the nominator grants UDig NY the right to use submitted information for the purpose of award selection, promotion, and public announcement.
UDig NY may publish the names, photographs, and professional details of award winners in press releases, social media, and other promotional materials.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality:

Personal information provided in the nomination form will be used solely for the purpose of the awards process and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Nominators and nominees may request that certain sensitive information be kept confidential; however, this may impact eligibility or consideration.

7. Disqualification & Appeals:

UDig NY reserves the right to disqualify any nomination found to contain false information or to be submitted in bad faith.
The selection process is final, and appeals or requests for reconsideration will not be entertained.

8. Amendments & Cancellations:

UDig NY reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, UDig NY may cancel or modify the awards process without liability.
