Permit Required Confined Space
We will provide a basic overview of the essential elements of an effective confined space program. There is a reason why 60% of the fatalities associated with confined spaces are the would-be rescuer. The Why is related to the lack of planning, inadequate training and failing to recognize risk. We will break down a Fatality Assessment and Control Evaluation (FACE) to show how not having a plan can kill workers performing routine tasks.
