Getting there #
The Oncenter Convention Center is located at 800 S. State Street, Syracuse, NY 13202. If you are arriving from out of town, please be aware that several major construction projects are underway. You can view current traffic conditions here.
Parking #
- Free covered parking for vehicles requiring less than 9′ of clearance is available in the Oncenter Parking Garage, located directly across State Street.
- Free large-vehicle parking is available in an adjacent lot.
Entrances will be clearly marked. Please tell the parking attendant you are there for UDig NY’s Damage Prevention Conference & Expo. Please secure any utility knives or pocketknives in your vehicle and do not bring them into the venue.
Check-in #
Enter the Oncenter Convention Center and follow the signs to the Registration area, located in the lobby. To ensure a fast and easy check-in process, please have your registration QR code ready. You can find the QR code in your confirmation email, or by logging into your Coursettra account and following these easy steps.
Sessions & CEUs #
Session times, descriptions, and information about CEU opportunities can be found in the conference agenda. Since there will be several sessions happening every hour, we encourage you to download the agenda here and think about which you would like to attend. All sessions except Flagger Training are open seating on a first-come-first-served basis.
Raffle #
Attendees will have the option to participate in a raffle for a Traeger® pellet grill and other prizes by scanning QR codes scattered throughout the exhibit hall and educational sessions. Please note that vendors, speakers, and UDig NY employees are not eligible to win, per the contest rules.
Please bring #
- Your registration QR code (from your confirmation email, or find it on Coursettra by following these steps).
- Your smart phone (there will be opportunities for eligible attendees to enter the conference raffle by scanning QR codes)
Please do not bring #
- Weapons: The Oncenter strictly prohibits bringing weapons into the venue. This includes all types of knives.
- Outside Food & Beverage: For your comfort, free coffee will be available all morning, and additional beverages will be served with breakfast and lunch.
