Department of Public Service Enforcement Requests

While UDig NY must comply with the requirements of 16 NYCRR Part 753, UDig NY is not a law enforcement agency and does not have authority to enforce the requirements of 16 NYCRR Part 753. Requests for enforcement may be submitted to the New York State Department of Public Service through the Enforcement Request Form.
